Aluminum lithographic coil is widely used in lithography printing because of the light weight, excellent mechanical strength, surface treatment and corrosion resistance. The aluminum lithographic coil also named as PS plate used for lithographic printing is a sheet which thickness of 0.1 to 0.3 mm, containing 1050 pure aluminum (aluminum purity not less than 99.5%), 1060 aluminum(aluminum purity not less than 99.6%) and 1100 aluminum (containing 0.05 to 0.2% copper).
These aluminum plates are usually subjected to mechanical, chemical or electric-chemical grinding, and then coated with a layer of photosensitive material, and then through the exposure and development to be the printing plate. The printed sheet, which has been processed above, is then mounted on the press roll and inked on the image area where the fountain solution is applied, followed by ink transfer onto the blanket and then print to the paper. This printing plate has a printing life of 30,000 sheets, and its roughened surface enhances the adhesion of the photosensitive material and the retention of water during printing and further color reproduction. These features are indispensable for the aluminum plate to function as a printing plate Claim. In order to increase the printing life, the aluminum plate after the grinding process to be anodized to form a layer of about 1 ~ 3μm anodic oxide film, and then coated with photosensitive material, and then through the exposure and development to prepare the printing plate.
The aluminium lithographic coil for printing described above has the following characteristics:
1. The grinding process can form a uniform roughened surface;
2. The photosensitive material attached to the superior performance;
3. To prevent the printing area without the paste version of the paste;
4. The image area is superior in tone reproduction performance;
5. Though the study of the image area, we found that turn the paper base color into white, which is easy to see the drawing part.
